Sony George
President and CEO

Sony is responsible for defining the overall strategy and objectives for the company. He is also responsible for the day to day operations of the company. He has over 14 years of industry experience working for large corporations executing various project management and technical leadership roles. Sony has architected and designed many award winning and nationally important initiatives. Sony's expertise involves large scale system development, analysis of alternatives, and project management.

Sony holds a MS degree in Computer Science from Virginia tech and also has a BTech degree in Electronics and Communication from College of Engineering, Trivandrum.

Jaideep Ganguli
Chief Technology Officer

Jaideep is responsible for defining the overall technology focus and strategy for the company. He has more than 15 years of experience building and deploying complex Information Technology solutions for Fortune 100 organizations and in the Federal Government space. Jaideep comes to MindPetal from Booz Allen Hamilton where he was responsible for building and deploying SOA based solutions for large organizations. He is also an Oracle/BEA Certified SOA Architect.

Jaideep holds a MBA degree from John Hopkins University and also has a BE degree in Electronics from Mumbai University.
