Job Description

Shape, lead and capture integrated product & service opportunities for MindPetal. Position company for new procurements and drive integrated sales across the Federal Government with specific emphasis in the Department of Defense and Intel agencies.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain a portfolio of integrated product and service deals

  • Leverage Federal relationships to position for new opportunities

  • Shape and capture new opportunities

  • Interface and coordinate with senior leadership to identify and capture new opportunities

  • Assist in capturing $3m / year in new sales for MindPetal

Director should have:

  • 10+ years of IT expertise in the Federal markets.

  • Proven subject matter expertise in designing, leading and delivering large scale, transformational IT initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of the government contracting and acquisition process.

  • Strong working relationships with executive government personal (i.e., GS-14, GS-15, CIO’s, SES, etc.).

  • Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills.

  • Strong creation and visionary skills, ability to act and think “outside the box”

  • Executive voice, ability to define and articulate value to executive audiences.

  • Strong understanding and perspectives of the challenges and opportunities related to Defense IT.

  • Experience implementing enterprise products within the Department of Defense.
