DOL’s Occupational Safety Administration (OSHA) needed a way for staff to easily print an export of several nested page view tabs on their Intranet’s Regional Office page without losing their active view. Agency leaders needed an efficient solution that would streamline the process and improve the user experience at the same time.
Using Microsoft Copilot, our team implemented a solution to track activity and direct them back to the correct tab after printing. AI-generated code reduced development time and included thorough documentation, improving code readability and maintainability. Key improvements included fixes for age calculation and caching issues, totaling over 200 lines of code. As a result, staff can now print a clear, consolidated view of all 10 nested tabs with a single click.

MindPetal implemented automation solutions for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to enhance financial management processes using MS OpenAI, RPA, and other emerging technologies. The team developed, deployed, and managed UiPath RPA bots and infrastructure, enabling HRSA to automate complex processes like budgetary tasks and COVID-19 Provider Relief Fund application analysis, improving efficiency and capacity for higher-value tasks.
VerticalApps provided RPA Support Services for DHS USCIS Business Process Automation Program. VerticalApps led the USCIS RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) and successfully scaled the RPA governance model for citizen developers and bot users across the agency. We led the development and deployment of UiPath RPA bots across USCIS for mission-critical business functions including the automated processing of I-589 Application for Asylum cases.
MindPetal provided administration, operations, and migration support for USCIS’s SharePoint environment, which serves 23,700 users across the Enterprise Collaboration Network (ECN) and USCIS Connect. These cloud-hosted platforms enable USCIS offices to collaborate, store sensitive information, and develop custom applications for various mission functions, including immigration and refugee processing. MindPetal manages approximately 7,500 sites, 5,500 InfoPath forms, and 5,000 workflows across these SharePoint environments.
