MindPetal was founded in 2006 to help federal leaders address complex technical challenges and build a smarter government. Our first project as a new small business was to stabilize a mission-critical DOL system after several large IT integrators failed to get the job done.

Since then, we’ve delivered innovative solutions for customers at more than a dozen federal agencies like the Department of the Interior (DOI), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Department of Homeland Security. In 2023, we acquired VerticalApps, expanding our data and AI /ML capabilities to help federal leaders face the challenges and opportunities of an AI-powered future.

Today, our team of 150 experts are focused on helping our clients create smart, secure digital, data and AI solutions that address today’s challenges while preparing for what’s next.
