We are seeking a cloud automation engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be working 100% remote and will focus on automation in support of the cloud infrastructure team. A candidate in this position will work as part of an enterprise cloud services team and will assist in the automation of cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable operations. The candidate will be part of a team of automation engineers implementing automation tools and processes. This role will develop and implement the automation needs for the cloud infrastructure team.

The candidate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and deploy comprehensive cloud automation strategy to meet the cloud team’s automation requirements
  • Identify automation tools and best practices and support the adoption of the tools and practices across the cloud team
  • Analyze existing cloud processes and identify areas where automation can be implemented to optimize cloud processes
  • Support the automation needs of the cross-functional cloud infrastructure team
  • Identify and implement cloud strategies to increase self-service infrastructure deployments using cloud native services
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure availability, scalability, and security through automation
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud services and resources through automation
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CDK, and CloudFormation in support of streamlined deployment and management of cloud infrastructure
  • Automate cloud infrastructure team reporting on service usage, cost, etc.
  • Support the development governance documentation and standard operation procedures for automated processes and tools


Basic Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Five (5) years of experience preferred in cloud technologies including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or other public cloud services with an emphasis on AWS experience
  • Three (3) years of experience writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CDK, and CloudFormation preferred
  • Three (3) years of experience in Python, or similar cloud scripting language, and AWS SDK (e.g. Boto3) preferred
  • Experience using Python, or similar scripting, with Boto3, or similar SDKs, to implement automation, reporting, service interrogation in a multi-account environment
  • One (1) cloud certification preferred at the associate level or higher in AWS preferred
  • Experience with automating self-service deployments using AWS cloud services (e.g. AWS Service Catalog or other similar services)
  • Experience analyzing existing processes then identifying opportunities for automation
  • Experience with automation reporting on cloud infrastructure services
  • Experience with automation in an AWS multi-account organization
  • Candidate must hold or be able to obtain Public Trust

We are looking for an experienced facilities project manager to join our team to support a federal contract. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing office relocation, including all aspects of moving, coordinating with key stakeholders, and managing logistics. The ideal candidate should have expertise in project management, leading teams, and providing customer satisfaction nationwide. The person should have an excellent telecommunications and technology background and abilities to work in a team environment with technical and non-technical resources.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a Project Manager role, leading project teams responsible for office relocations and facilities management.
  • Experienced with managing large office relocation projects.
  • Current ITIL certification.
  • Currently possess or able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
  • Experienced in vendor and contract management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track expenses.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experienced with office space planning and design.
  • Travel required within the US.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in technology (telecommunications preferred) is required, equivalent years of experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.


Position Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end project management duties in the federal sector for multiple large programs, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate the deployment of a Cisco IT platform for VOIP & data to regionally and nationally.
  • Coordinate meetings with the project team comprised of general building contractors & sub-contractors, GSA representatives, and IT/telecommunications vendors.
  • Engage, manage, and sustain relationships with an extensive network of suppliers to install systems, including data, VOIP, cabling, electrical, and telecommunications.
  • Estimate overall project cost by conducting project evaluations, site surveys, and requirement reviews.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical advice on voice & data telecommunications, manage schedule, deliver cost estimates & project scope, provide service planning and provisioning, provide customer support, manage procurement, and perform contractor management.

We are seeking a full-time Network Support Engineer. The Network Engineer is responsible for executing all technical aspects of network implementation and support. This includes all data networks (local and wide), voice networks including connectivity and assist with voice systems (on premise and cloud), video networks and equipment, wireless, and remote connectivity. The Network Engineer partners with all related service providers, IT peers and the business as the need arises. The Network Engineer also serves as a strong consultant to the various enterprise business units, and the various applications and site technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports and maintains global wide area and local area network infrastructures along with technology related to running a global network.
  • Works with strategic network alliances, especially with technology partners, to enhance the business units competitive positioning.
  • Ensure technical standards and process are followed to ensure reliable well performing data, voice, and video capabilities.
  • Ensures all technology deployments are properly implemented, documented and supported.
  • Works in a consultative fashion with other departments to ensure all networking needs are met.
  • Monitors network performance to ensure service levels are achieved or exceeded on a consistent basis.
  • Remain current with emerging industry trends, identify new functionality to meet business needs and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Work with minimal supervision and be responsible for independently making a broad range of critical decisions. Apply sound judgment, escalating issues and decisions to the appropriate executive when necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.


Required Competencies:

  • Working knowledge of Cisco Networking hardware products particularly the 9000 series of LAN switches and wireless products.
  • Strong understanding of monitoring systems and protocols such as SNMP, SYSLOG, NETCONF, TFTP. Knowledge and experience with “What’s Up Gold” monitoring solution preferred.
  • Basic understanding of LAN layout and device connectivity, fiber backbone connectivity, port-channeling, trunking, VLANS
  • Basic understanding of telemetry, device tracking, Netflow, NBAR
  • Basic connectivity troubleshooting knowledge, Routing, EIGRP, BGP, ARP, MAC-Tables, Trace Routes, Wireshark captures
  • Basic understanding of UPS and power distribution systems
  • Basic understanding of LAN switch stack technology
  • Ability to troubleshoot user connectivity problems

Desired Competencies:

  • Cisco Networking Products 9000 series of switches and wireless devices
  • Cisco CCNA or Network+ Certified
