Senior Drupal Developer

Job Location : Remote; Washington DC/Vienna VA

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support AWS (and Azure) infrastructure to include administrative activities, such as monitoring jobs, Word Press
software upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance upgrades for all environments, including EC2, RDS, and
other services.
• Verify compatibility checks in lower environments for Drupal modules and/or WordPress plugin updates.
• Perform portal administration tasks, including log monitoring, log archive removal, and memory management.
• Address and resolve operational incidents and alerts using tools, including Cloud Watch.

Position Summary:

The Operations Administrator will actively support the MindPetal Internal Operations team including Accounting, Finance, Contracts, and Human Resources. The Operations Administrator will also interface with MindPetal project managers and other project team members. The Operations Administrator requires attention to detail, proactive nature, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.

Position Requirements:

  • Reside in Washington DC metro area with ability to work in the MindPetal office as needed (1-3 days per week depending on need).
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in a similar role.
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel.
  • Experience in federal contracting is strongly preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

Operations administration

  • Ensure timely and accurate time reporting in the MindPetal and partner time reporting systems.

Position Summary

The Payroll Administrator is a fully remote, full-time position that is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for MindPetal Software Solutions and Vertical Applications (subsidiary of MindPetal). This role will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, as well as company policies. The Payroll Administrator requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Position Requirements

  • Reside in Washington DC metro area with ability to work in the MindPetal office as needed.
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience with payroll administration function, online payroll systems, and online accounting systems.
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel including use of pivot tables.

  • Responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution and reconciliation of payroll and the administration of the payroll systems.
