Senior Drupal Developer

Job Location : Remote; Washington DC/Vienna VA

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support AWS (and Azure) infrastructure to include administrative activities, such as monitoring jobs, Word Press
software upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance upgrades for all environments, including EC2, RDS, and
other services.
• Verify compatibility checks in lower environments for Drupal modules and/or WordPress plugin updates.
• Perform portal administration tasks, including log monitoring, log archive removal, and memory management.
• Address and resolve operational incidents and alerts using tools, including Cloud Watch.
• Monitor overall Cloud health and identify/address/resolve issues.
• Experience in supporting DevSecOps toolchain and pipeline environments, such as Jira, GitLab, Bitbucket,

• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
• Extremely fluent with HTML5/XHTML, react and CSS.
• Experience working with PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Basic Qualifications:

Operations Administrator

Position Summary:

The Operations Administrator will actively support the MindPetal Internal Operations team including Accounting, Finance, Contracts, and Human Resources. The Operations Administrator will also interface with MindPetal project managers and other project team members. The Operations Administrator requires attention to detail, proactive nature, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.

Position Requirements:

  • Reside in Washington DC metro area with ability to work in the MindPetal office as needed (1-3 days per week depending on need).
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in a similar role.
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel.
  • Experience in federal contracting is strongly preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

Operations administration

  • Ensure timely and accurate time reporting in the MindPetal and partner time reporting systems.
  • Work with MindPetal project managers and staff to resolve time reporting issues or variances
  • Monitor the planned use of hours by resource on various projects and report any issues
  • Ensure paid-time-off (PTO) is captured accurately in the time reporting system
  • Manage and track subcontractor Certificate of Insurance (COI’s)

Position Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of email systems, email security appliances, and other technologies, tools, and platforms.
