MindPetal, a digital modernization service provider to the federal government, is pleased to announce the award of a new CIO-SP3 SB task order to provide full lifecycle services to support the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Injury Tracking Application (ITA) with operations, maintenance, development, modernization, and enhancements. OSHA’s mission is to assure safe and healthful working conditions for America’s working men and women. ITA plays a crucial role in this mission by collecting and processing information, maintaining and reporting on OSHA data, and managing relationships with external entities and partners. Annually, employers submit workplace illness and injury reports using ITA, a public-facing website that supports self-service submission for employers detailing injuries on the job.

Michael Agrillo, EVP/COO of MindPetal, commented on the new task order award, “We are very pleased to work with OSHA to prioritize their evolving and emerging needs and with key OCIO teams including Business Applications Services (BAS) Oversight & Enforcement Branch, IT Security, Change Management, and Quality Assurance to ensure all required OCIO project management, development, testing, and documentation processes are followed.”
