Mr. Bowles brings more than 15 years of sales and capture management experience, including seven years as Appian Corporation's DOL Account Executive and more than a year as Appian's Singapore Public Sector Territory Director.
As MindPetal’s Senior Director for DOL, Mr. Bowles leads MindPetal’s capture management efforts at DOL including growth strategy and customer engagement. MindPetal Announces New CIO-SP3 Task Order Award to Support OSHA Injury Tracking Application
MindPetal, a digital modernization service provider to the federal government, is pleased to announce the award of a new CIO-SP3 SB task order to provide full lifecycle services to support the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Injury Tracking Application (ITA) with operations, maintenance, development, modernization, and enhancements. OSHA's mission is to assure safe and healthful working conditions for America’s working men and women. ITA plays a crucial role in this mission by collecting and processing information, maintaining and reporting on OSHA data, and managing relationships with external entities and partners. Annually, employers submit workplace illness and injury reports using ITA, a public-facing website that supports self-service submission for employers detailing injuries on the job.

MindPetal Welcomes John Hennigan as Senior Director for DHS
MindPetal, a digital modernization provider to the federal government, announced that John Hennigan has joined MindPetal as Senior Director for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Mr. Hennigan brings more than 25 years of DHS experience, including 20 years as a U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Officer and 6 years in management consulting and business development with DHS components including USCG, DHS Headquarters, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and Federal Protective Service (FPS). Mr. Hennigan earned an MBA from Old Dominion University, B.S. from the Coast Guard Academy, and is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. In addition, he holds several DHS emergency management certifications including FEMA Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) and FEMA Professional Continuity Practitioner – Level 1.

MindPetal Announces New CIO-SP3 SB 8(a) Task Order Award to Support USCIS ECN and USCIS Connect
MindPetal, a digital modernization service provider to the federal government, is pleased to announce the award of a new CIO-SP3 SB 8(a) task order to provide SharePoint and Office 365 administration and modernization support to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), an agency of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Under this four-year task order, MindPetal and its subcontractor Planet Technologies will provide day to day operational support for the USCIS Enterprise Collaboration Network (ECN) and USCIS Connect, SharePoint environments that support more than 23,000 USCIS users with access to more than 7,500 USCIS SharePoint sites and subsites.

MindPetal Welcomes Michael Agrillo as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
MindPetal, a digital modernization service provider to the federal government, announced that Michael Agrillo has joined MindPetal as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Agrillo brings more than 25 years of experience managing federal technology contractors, including 17 years as EVP of OnPoint, a small business that grew to $50M+ in revenue and was ultimately acquired by Sapient in 2014. For the past four years Mr. Agrillo served as COO of Information International Associates (IIA), a $100M+ federal contractor that has completed multiple strategic acquisitions over the past three years. Mr. Agrillo holds a law degree from American University and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
As MindPetal's EVP/COO, Mr. Agrillo will provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for MindPetal's client services and all corporate functions, including corporate growth strategy and customer engagement. The ISO 27001:2013 certification verifies the Information Security Management System (ISMS) used to protect MindPetal’s critical corporate infrastructure and business functions, while the ISO 20000-1:2018 certification recognizes that MindPetal's IT Service Management adheres to the ISO standard for support of services to commercial and government clients. In addition, MindPetal continues to maintain its ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System for corporate management functions and its CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Development (CMMI-ML3 DEV) appraisal for software development.

MindPetal Announces Release of National Parks Service Mobile App
MindPetal, a digital modernization service provider to the federal government, announced the deployment of a new mobile application for the National Parks Service (NPS).
The new NPS App, highlighted as a featured download on the Apple App Store and Google Play, provides visitors with current information about all 423 national parks. Unlike other third-party apps focused on a specific park, the NPS App was developed working directly with park rangers and provides a suite of features including Interactive Maps, Park Tours, Amenities, Accessibility, Offline Use, Virtual Postcards, Things to Do, and News, Alerts & Events. The NPS App release coincides with National Park Week and Earth Day.

MindPetal Announces New DOL Task Order Award
MindPetal, a technology consulting and business process management (BPM) provider to the federal government, is pleased to announce the award of a new task order to develop the Centralized Debt Management System (CDMS) for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO).
The OCFO CDMS will be developed using Appian BPM technology and delivered within 12 months through a transparent, well-managed Agile methodology. CDMS will integrate with existing systems within DOL's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Wage and Hour Division (WHD) and Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA).
The CDMS task order award follows on MindPetal's successful development of the DOL eFile/eServe system, an enterprise-wide, fully digital, case management solution built using Appian and Drupal that addresses the full lifecycle of a case across DOL. Working in partnership with DOL’s Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ), the Adjudicatory Boards (the Boards), Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP), and Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), MindPetal architected and implemented the eFile/eServe system to reduce cost and make case files available in real-time, eliminating days or weeks of delay associated with paper filing.
