MindPetal, a technology consulting and business process management (BPM) provider to the federal government, is pleased to announce the award of a new task order to develop the Centralized Debt Management System (CDMS) for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO).

The OCFO CDMS will be developed using Appian BPM technology and delivered within 12 months through a transparent, well-managed Agile methodology. CDMS will integrate with existing systems within DOL’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Wage and Hour Division (WHD) and Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA).

The CDMS task order award follows on MindPetal’s successful development of the DOL eFile/eServe system, an enterprise-wide, fully digital, case management solution built using Appian and Drupal that addresses the full lifecycle of a case across DOL. Working in partnership with DOL’s Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ), the Adjudicatory Boards (the Boards), Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP), and Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), MindPetal architected and implemented the eFile/eServe system to reduce cost and make case files available in real-time, eliminating days or weeks of delay associated with paper filing.

Sony George, CEO of MindPetal, commented on the new task order award, “We are thrilled to continue our successful performance on the DOL Case Management BPA modernizing legacy systems using the low-code Appian BPM platform and validating the effectiveness of our proven Agile development methodology. As a result of this task order award and other recent wins, MindPetal will experience more than 400% year-over-year growth in 2020.”
